✨ WHY PATIENCE & CORRECT TECHNIQUE MATTER WHEN TREATING VIRAL LESIONS ✨

Viral lesions such as warts and verrucas can be particularly persistent, especially when they have been present for a long time or haven’t responded to topical treatments.

This is why correct technique, appropriate treatment and patience are so important when treating viral lesions.

Using advanced electrolysis/shortwave diathermy (Advanced Cosmetic Procedures ~ ACP) the aim is to treat the affected tissue precisely and appropriately, while allowing the area time to heal and the body to respond.

🦠 Remember — you are treating a viral lesion, not simply removing a piece of skin.

Everyone responds differently. Some lesions may resolve following one treatment, while others can require additional treatment or follow-up sessions depending on the individual lesion and the body’s response.

I generally review wart treatments at around 4-8 weeks, allowing plenty of time for healing and for the results of the treatment to become apparent.

This is why I never promise a “one treatment fits all” approach. Good treatment takes time and patience ❤️
