10 weeks post MPFL reconstruction.

This week I finally achieved my first unassisted straight leg raise — a massive milestone after weeks of muscle inhibition.

Slowly progressing week by week 💪

Week 6 of MPFL rehab — first setback.

Not at 90° yet, progress delayed… but this is where most people get it wrong.

Now unlocked to 90° and starting to build strength again 💪

Still a long way to go… but we’re getting there.
