🚨Let’s be real 🚨

People only see the good side on social media and that’s just the way it is.
So many people stop me and comment on how good I am for running and working out.
Truth is everyone has 24hours in the day, it’s up-to you how you use them.
What people don’t realise and don’t see is the battle I go through to get me in the gym and to pound the streets daily it’s hard work. It’s a huge struggle, but keeping fit and healthy is part of my job as a Chiropractor.
‼️Keeping fit is hard but ill health is harder‼️

I will say it again the only bad workout is the one you didn’t do. 💪🏻
