This shop is an Aladdin's Cave of spices, herbs, dried fruit, grains, pulses, bread, sauces, nuts, noodles, rice.... all ethically sourced. We also sell a range of local and Welsh products including honey and jam. We sell our items loose where possible so that you can bring your own containers in to refill. We are also South Wales' premier supplier of home-brew equipment. So whether it is ale, sto

We spent a gorgeous two hours on Sunday morning rambling in Barry Sidings Park and looking at the beautiful plants, as well as raising £43 for Pontypridd Foodbank. Thanks so much to everyone who took part!

Bold Beans gourmet baked beans are the latest addition to our bean range. We have baked beans with vegan sausage, edamame, kidney, black, cannellini, flageolet, borlotti, butter, pinto, haricot and aduki. Don't even get us started on our dried beans and lentils!
