The modern fitness industry has spent twenty years telling men they need to be in the gym five days a week running a body part split to build a decent physique.
That’s not the most effective way to train. And if you actually want multi-dimensional capability - the kind that transfers when life asks something of you - it actively degrades you.
What happens instead is this. You follow the split for a while, get bored, start cobbling your own thing together, neglect an entire area of fitness without realising, open yourself up to injury, and end up going around in circles wondering why the capability you’re chasing never quite arrives.
The men who build real physical capability - strong, lean, ultra-ready - are training with less, structured better. Four movements. Forty-five minutes. Nothing wasted.
This is the exact session structure I use myself. The same framework I build every client’s training around. Men have used it to complete events like the Fan Dance and back-to-back mountain ultras, at a moments notice, while staying present at home and useful at work.
Not because they trained more. Because they stopped training like a 25-year-old bodybuilder with no other responsibilities.
Comment FRAMEWORK and I’ll send it through.
PS - this only works if you do.
