Did you know that drumming is good for your health?

Yes you did read that right... Drumming!

You do not need to be musical to feel the benefits of the drum. You just need to be alive - for the beat of the drum is something that connects innately to our deepest primal life-force.

The beat resets our nervous system. It can lift us and it can calm us.

The beat helps us to feel present and grounded.

Don't believe me? Come and see for yourself.

The Lilliput Drumming Group:
Thursdays at The Holy Angels Church Hall in Lilliput, Poole
11.30am-12.30

Bring a drum if you have one - or borrow one of mine 🪘

Tickets £10 on the door

See you there!

New Drumming Group
Lilliput: Every Thursday. 11.30-12.30
✨️🪘Starts 14th May🪘✨️

I am so excited to announce that I am starting a brand new weekly drumming group in Lilliput every Thursday.

My hope is that we can build a group of like-minded people that are ready to explore their inner creative souls.
Everybody is welcome - even if you have never even picked up a drum before!
The space is not for performance, but for connection and a time to go inwards and retreat from your everyday routine.

Come join me and release your inner wild drummer! 💕
