👣✨ Feet do deserve a little TLC… and so do foot care professionals! 🍽️😂

After spending the week helping my lovely clients put their best foot forward, it was time for me to put myself first for a change and have a day off! 😇👣

And why not, I've been wanting for a while to try a new local place to eat, so this morning, I’m being very nicely fed and looked after at Rob's Filling Station, did not regret it at all!

A delicious brunch felt like a well-deserved break and a chance to recharge… ready to get back to looking after your feet on Monday! 👣💕

The summary of my week: Happy feet, happy business, happy (and well fed😉) Me! 😇

✨ A lovely evening of connection, inspiration and shared passions! ✨

It was such a pleasure to attend a networking event last night, with so many wonderful women who run their own LOCAL small businesses. 💕
There is something truly special about bringing women together, sharing our stories, talking about our businesses, and discovering the passion and dedication behind what each of us does.
Thank you Sue, for organising the event (ans for the chocolates 😜) and Jemma Sandell, for sharing such an amazing and inspirational journey 👏
It was inspiring to hear everyone's journeys, exchange ideas, and connect with women who understand the challenges and rewards of building something of their own! 💗
I left feeling grateful, inspired, and reminded of how powerful it is when women come together to share what they love doing. ✨

➡️To all fearful people who may have or have not had bad previous experience or just left it too long since their feet have been attended to.⬅️

We can't always achieve everything in one go. With all different things in life, we may demand, but not always get a 100%.

I had this sore pair of feet to work on this week, their owner couldn't bear having them like this, but was also horrified of having them done (bad experience from years ago)...

So we took it easy. I took my time, explained what I was doing, we agreed on me stopping if needed.
Did it take time? Yes.
Could've I done more? Yes.
Did I stop when I was asked to? Yes.
And the last of the three questions is the most important.

But it us not all about doing it all at once, on the experience of your comfort, it is about building trust and confidence in your Foot Health Practitioner.

I did as much as was tolerated, the result is still brilliant, we continue on our next visit in 7 weeks ☺️

Remember, you're not alone in your journey to better feet ✨️

Is anyone else feeling a little more human now that the heat wave has finally passed? 😆

I have to say, I’m absolutely loving the cooler temperatures (I never thought I'll ever say such thing...), but I feel so much better, more comfortable and definitely have a little more energy now that we can breathe without melting! 😂

I hope you’re all enjoying the cooler weather too and feeling the benefits of it. Sometimes, a little fresh air and a gentle breeze is all we need to feel refreshed.
Also, with all schools now back to normal, what is not to like 🤫🤭
