When you book an appointment with me, it’s just me! I don't have a team of staff to cover overheads or step in—my daily schedule is carefully built around each of you.
When someone doesn't show up for their appointment without letting me know, it’s really disheartening. 💔
It means I turned away someone else who genuinely wanted that spot.
It’s a loss of my income for that time.
It’s time I prepped for you that goes unused.
I completely get that life happens and emergencies come up—all I ask is for communication! 📱
As a reminder, no-shows or cancellations under 2 hours incur a 100% fee, and under 24 hours incur 50%, which must be settled before re-booking.
