​The salon is buzzing and our waitlist is growing! To make sure we can get as many of you "holiday-ready" as possible, we’re sharing a gentle reminder of our cancellation policy.
​Because last-minute gaps are hard to fill during this busy peak, the following applies:
✨ 24+ Hours Notice: No charge! We’ll happily move your slot.
✨ Under 24 Hours: 50% of the treatment cost.
✨ Under 2 Hours / No Show: 100% of the treatment cost.
​We totally understand that things like winter bugs or transport issues happen—just give us a shout as soon as you can so we can take it into consideration!
​All fees must be settled before your next visit. Thank you for supporting Beauty by Dana and helping us keep the Christmas spirit bright! 💖
