She subsequently trained in Preconception, Pregnancy and Postnatal Reflexology, teaches Baby Reflex (Reflexology for Babies) Parent Workshops and is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI) running Baby Massage classes. Reflexology Sessions are available Sundays - Thursdays from 09:00 to 11:30.

A brand new month and the beginning of the second half of 2026 already — how did that happen?!

As part of UK Small Business Week, I’ve been reflecting on just how much heart goes into running a small business, building community, supporting clients and continuing to grow.

Hello everyone! I hope you are all well and surviving this fabulous, warm weather we’re currently basking in? I cannot lie, I much prefer colder weather, this heat makes me feel like a lizard… I only want to sit on a rock and not move! 🦎🤣

Anyway, if you’re looking for some time to yourself this week, come and see me! You will be greeted with a big smile and a tranquil, cool therapy room - you may even need a blanket! Today was all about practising what we preach 💜

As therapists, we spend so much time supporting others that it’s easy to forget we need to refill our own cups too. So today, the three of us swapped treatment rooms and admin for heat, sea air, cold water, laughter and a little bit of much-needed self-care.

We booked ourselves into The Saltwater Sauna at Sandbanks for a wonderfully hot sauna session overlooking the ocean, followed by an invigorating sea dip… and honestly? It was exactly what we needed 🔥🌊

Somewhere between sweating, freezing and laughing hysterically, we also managed to plan the next few months ahead too 🤪

Finished off with a delicious breakfast at Caff, Sandbanks, and left feeling refreshed, reset and reminded how important it is to take care of ourselves too — because when we look after ourselves, we can give our clients the very best of us.

Safe to say… we’re already planning our next visit!
