Anu Health & Beauty and I, would like to say a huge thank you for joining us on Friday 21 August at Upton Bay Care Home - Barchester Healthcare for our CPR & Defibrillator Awareness Session, presented by Sue Ealden from Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance.
What an informative morning! I think it's fair to say that many of us left feeling considerably less nervous about the prospect of ever having to use a defibrillator — although, touch wood, we hope we never need to put our new-found knowledge into practice!
Sue, thank you so much for such an interesting, informative and reassuring session. We really appreciate you giving your time to show us the ins and outs of CPR and defibrillator use and, most importantly, helping us feel more confident about what to do in an emergency.
A huge thank you also goes to Ola and the team at Upton Bay Care Home for so generously making the venue available to us and making everyone feel so welcome.
And, of course, we cannot possibly forget Chef and that amazing chocolate cake! 🍰🤣 We suspect that may have been almost as memorable as the CPR training!
