Quay Care is looking for a kind, reliable and compassionate home carer to support a lovely package of care in Upton.

Monday – Friday and every other weekend:
- Morning: 8:30am – 9:30am
- Lunchtime: 1:00pm – 2:00pm
- Bedtime: 8:00pm – 9:00pm

Duties include:
- Supporting with personal care and daily routines
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Medication support and prompts
- Light housekeeping
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing

What we offer:
- Hourly pay from £13.30
- Training and DBS provided
- Uniform supplied
- Friendly, supportive management team
- Potential for additional hours as we grow

For older people especially, loneliness, isolation, bereavement and changes in health or independence can all have an impact on emotional wellbeing.

We’re a small, home care company providing person-centred care across the Poole area. Hours will start small and build as our services grow, making this ideal for someone looking for flexible work with the opportunity to increase their hours over time.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, dependable and genuinely passionate about providing the best possible care.

Duties may include personal care, companionship, medication support, meal preparation, light housekeeping and helping people remain independent in their own homes.
