"I started working in a domiciliary care company over 5 years ago as an administrator, where I saw how much difference good care makes to people’s independence and dignity at home. That experience made me want to move into a hands-on role where I could directly support and improve people’s everyday lives."

Our Manager here at Quay Care is also a professional singer! 🎤Heather specialises in providing entertainment to individuals within care facilities. She says "It brings me so much joy seeing the happiness on residents faces when I sing their favourite songs!"
She also hosts a variety of community events - you can catch her at the Lytchett Matravers Summer Festival today!
