Tomorrow is 8/8 otherwise known as the Lion’s Gate Portal. Never heard of it? In simple terms, 8/8 is traditionally seen as a powerful day for setting intentions, letting go of what you’ve outgrown & getting clear on what you’d love to welcome into the next chapter of your life. Basically, a cosmic excuse for a little life reset ✨

So tomorrow morning we’re bringing a little Lion’s Gate magic into our usual beginner-friendly Beach Yoga at Alum Chine. We’ll move, breathe, stretch & soak up the morning together, with a simple 8/8 intention-setting ritual woven into our practice

Then afterwards, I’m encouraging as many of you as possible to join us in the sea! Think of it as a big wash it off, clear it out, begin again moment

Hello everyone! We have just FIVE weeks to go until my popular beach classes return so I thought I’d pop a note here so you don’t miss out as our classes are filling fast & passes are nearly sold out🫶🏼

My fun-filled, community-based Summer Beach Season runs from May-September every year on Saturdays and Sundays at 9am at Alum Chine Beach opposite the old Vesuvio Restaurant now called Alum Beach Hut (booking is essential so read on…)

This will be my 6th year running. I am a yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator and sound healer, born and raised in Poole. I have been teaching for nearly 8 years now. I own popular yoga studio in Parkstone, The Loving Life Studio and host yoga retreats across the UK and Europe

I make my classes fun and welcoming to all so don’t worry if you are a complete beginner, that’s what I’m here for and I love being a part of your journey, I like to say “take what you need, do what you can” and the relaxation at the end is just so peaceful listening to nature’s very own playlist of waves and ocean breeze 🌞

Sea dips are often enjoyed after our Beach Classes but completely optional. I always encourage connection after class to the likeminded people you meet throughout the sessions if you have the time! We have such a strong sense of community!
