I have a few appointment spaces available locally this week and thought I’d share here in case anyone feels they could do with a bit of time to recharge.

I offer mobile Reiki and wellbeing sessions - a quiet, relaxed hour where you can properly switch off, ease stress, and have some supportive space just for you. Some people come because life feels busy or overwhelming, others simply want deep relaxation and a reset.

You don’t need to understand Reiki or be “into anything spiritual” - many people just describe it as leaving feeling calmer, lighter, and more settled.

Availability this week:
• Wednesday morning
• Saturday morning
• Sunday afternoon
