I'd arrived down from Scotland knowing nobody, with £200 to my name. And somehow I manifested the keys to this marvellous building, right here in 160 glorious acres of Upton Country Park. Build it and they will come…

Everything I've ever done has come from following the little callings of my heart, and they never, ever make logical sense. That's the beauty of a soul path. It asks us to drop out of our heads and into our heart intelligence. Your heart always knows the way, and mine has never once led me astray.

To those of you who've been here since the very beginning, back when it was a couple of shelves, a few wands and little jam jars full of glitter: thank you, thank you, thank you, from the very centre of my heart. Together we've now shared the magic with thousands of children and families from all around the world.

So here's what I know for sure. Your dream needs one thing from you: a vision you believe in with every cell of your being, followed ruthlessly. The money finds its way. The people find their way. So pop on your big girl pants and pick up that shovel.

✨ CHAKRAS & HEALING CRYSTALS – Find Your Balance ✨

Did you know that each of our seven chakras has its own energy, colour and crystals traditionally associated with it?

What I find really fascinating about crystals is that they are made from the very same chemical elements that exist within us and the Earth. We are all part of nature, just expressed in different forms.

Each crystal has its own unique mineral composition and atomic structure, which gives it its individual properties. In crystal healing traditions, these beautiful natural formations are believed to resonate with different energy centres in our bodies, helping us reconnect with parts of ourselves that may feel blocked, overwhelmed or out of balance.

From the grounding energy traditionally associated with Black Tourmaline and the Root Chakra, to the loving qualities of Rose Quartz and the Heart Chakra, each crystal carries its own symbolism and invitation to explore our inner world.

Although science hasn’t established that crystals can physically unblock our energy centres, many people find working with them a beautiful way to set intentions, practise mindfulness and reconnect with themselves.

As many of you know, I run retreats in Scotland, surrounded by the beauty, stillness and magic of nature. I wanted to bring a little of that wonderful feeling into your home.

Pure potion-making madness!

Pippa celebrated her birthday with us this weekend at our magical potion-making party, and the creations were absolutely brilliant!

One little potion master invented “Dangerous Des”, while another created the mysterious “Dark Joy”!

The names alone had us laughing!

There’s something so wonderful about watching children dive into their imaginations, mix magical ingredients, invent their own spells and proudly bring their creations to life.
