First ever go at the Hercules hold,70kg a side for i think 35 seconds then 95kg for about 5 or seconds....that s**t is heavy🤪 RThanks to for the BBQ and letting me have a go...will be back for more soon💪

Add these to your workout if you're experiencing rotator cuff issues or if you simply want to improve your shoulder health

In the first video is a good & easy external rotator stretch,after set up gently pull from the bottom across your body until you feel the stretch then gently release,
hold the stretch for up to 30 secs depending on tightness and pain threshold for 4 sets of 5-10 reps increase stretch time as it improves

Then we have an internal rotator stretch which often is done with a towel,after set up gently pull up with you top hand and again hold for up to 30secs for 4 sets of 5-10 & again increase as they improve

Then we have the inverted kettlebell press designed to strengthen and stabilise the rotator cuff muscles along with improving grip strength,looks easy right ?! It's not when you have pain and weakness,you will need to start off light and build up the same as any other exercise you do...aim for 8-10 reps each side for 4 sets

Lastly we have the Halo exercise,this is a great complete shoulder warm up exercise which also helps improve mobility,again start light and increase as strength improves & to keep numbers simple also aim for 8-10 rotations each way for 4 sets

If you want to squat but don't want the weight through your back and you have access to one,the belt squat is an excellent alternative either with belt or as i'm doing here with a V handle...
