💙 Volunteers Wanted – Muscle & Joint Case Studies

Hi everyone!
I am looking for community members with muscle, joint, or movement-related issues who would like to volunteer for a case study.

This could include:
• Back or neck pain
• Shoulder, hip, knee, or ankle problems
• Ongoing aches, stiffness, or injuries
• Sports or work-related pain

🧍 Who can take part?
• Adults aged 18+
• Anyone currently experiencing, or who has previously had, a musculoskeletal condition

📝 What’s involved?
You will be required to have 4 weekly session:
• A full assessment
• Treatment sessions
• Exercise-based rehabilitation guidance
• Participation used for learning and case study purposes
• Your privacy and information will be respected at all times

Just a wee note…I will be closed from the 23rd of January ( this Friday) till the first of February I am reopen again on the second of February my first appointment on a Monday is 12pm and my last is 7.30pm

Hi all, first of all would like to thank everyone for their understanding over the past few weeks my getting over the lurgy and having to recharge my jing, if I haven’t got back to you to reschedule please drop me a wee reminder. For those of you still recovering remembering dr Archie’s words: good food, good rest, fresh air, and be kind to yourself and maybe a wee slug of the black bottle😂😂
I have family home for Christmas so I will be closed from the 20th December until the 5th of January
Wishing you all a happy Christmas and an abundant new year, one of my fellow therapists posted the little luxuries for you to remember this coming year … it is very apt…

Hi hope you are all having a lovely Wednesday and enjoying the whisky festival 🥃😊
I have had a few glitches in my appointment system and I’m in the middle of correcting them I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused anyone hopefully I should have it fixed by the end of the day 😐
My working hours are
Monday 12pm -7.30
Tuesday 9am - 4.30
Thursday 12pm - 7.30pm
Friday 10.30 am - 6 pm I hope this is helpful 😊
