Combining two techniques I have been training in over the last few months.

Myofascial release massage is a hands-on therapy that gently stretches and releases tension in the fascia—the connective tissue surrounding muscles—to reduce pain, improve movement, and restore balance in the body.

Myofascial cupping is a technique that uses suction cups to gently lift and decompress the fascia, helping to release tension, improve circulation, and enhance mobility in the soft tissues.

I am offering this introductory offer of £30 for next month.
