founder Margaret Miles-Bramwell and it really hits home for me.
At Slimming World we are not saying you must or you should lose weight.
Instead we are saying that IF you've chosen to, then we will be beside you every single step of the way.
As a consultant I want nothing more than to see my members achieve their dreams. And those dreams are their dreams. Not mine, not what a table says they should be but their dreams.
It's not always a number- for many people it's a dream outfit, it’s for their health or feeling amazing for a holiday.

So proud to give Diane her 9 stone award yesterday!!! What an amazing achievement and we are all so proud of her.

Here’s what she says …

‘ So I finally managed to get my 9st award today. I'm beyond happy with myself I can't put into words how Slimming world has changed my life.I've went from hardly being able to walk the length of myself without my back hurting being out of breath wearing drab clothes to hide myself to now walking with no back pain no breathlessness wearing colourful clothes.It hasn't been an easy road I've had plenty of gains a long the way I still have a long way to go.I'm still learning how to be kind to myself when it comes to choosing what I'm eating and not eating but the end result is going to be well worth the choices that I make.I wouldn't have made it this far if it wasn't for the support from Elly and everyone in the 11 am group and my family 🥰 so if i can do it anyone can. I love my food and my food amount would have been alot on my plate but I'm still learning to get the right balance of speed food on my plate lol (sorry for the long post but hopefully it will encourage someone who reads it❤️ if it made sense 🫣)thanku x
