The Heart of Sovereignty ~ North of Ireland Retreat ✨

We gather July 13rd–18th, 2026 for a transformational retreat based at Bluebell Lane, Slieve Gullion.

We honour visit 4 powerful sacred sites of the North of Ireland Slieve Gullion, Emain Macha, Beaghmore Stone Circle les Grianán of Aileach. Each site offers a distinct initiatory current, supporting remembrance, restoration and right relationship with the land.

We are inviting you to join us in restoring this harmony and sovereignty, held in the cradle of the Ring of Gullion – a place surrounded by 13 mountains, formed in volcanic times. We will work with The Goddess Macha, sacred horse Goddess of the North and Brigid, keeper of the eternal flame of hope, peace and love.

This year is a major turning point for the world, humanity and all sentient beings astrologically, emotionally and spiritually. In July as we gather, is a massive, unique activation point, here we choose which timeline and destiny our lives take. This is potent awakening energy. Gathering together in circle is the medicine for these times, remembering we are not alone held by our ancestors, the ancestors of the land, and goddesses.

Violence is unacceptable.

My prayers are for the victim of the attack in Belfast. The perpetrator must be brought to justice for what happened was more than wrong. This must not happen again.

This statement on my post has always been on my website because it’s how I live my life and welcome people.

I do not condone violence either.

🌀Skellig Michael ⛰️ 💙 a dream came true ✨🙏🏼
On one of the hottest days of the year we climbed Sceilig Mhichíl and it was magical and wonderfully soulful and an absolute connection for me to Archangel Michael.

I called in Michael’s strength and protection massively and especially haven watched the ‘mandatory’ safety video a few days before ( it seems only the Irish people on the trip watched it and if you have it’s quite terrifying in expectation of what is to come) yet the whole trip from arriving at Ballinskellig Pier and back again was so much fun, a great adventure and something I am beyond grateful for I was able to do.

The incline and descend is a steep 620 steps, these monks sure knew how to connect and build remote and energy filled homes and places of pilgrimage. This was the essence of the OPW history talk (no mention of the energy line) yet the entire time I knew my reason for being there which was to connect into a line of energy that all connect to Archangel (or Saint) Michael. Listening to the history talk with my body next to St. Michael’s church, I felt embodied in the whole experience. I was also grateful to get taking to a gorgeous guide who showed me the energy centre that is said to be the start of the energy line of Michael, it is in the heart of the ancient monastery at the top.

I was incredibly lucky to have booked this 6 weeks prior to going. That night I felt elated to be finally going. I dreamt about my stone ancestors also and something felt very significant about heading to the end of Ireland and being in that energy back North with me as I continue my pilgrimage here. My mála stones were also an intricate part of this journey and this continues.

I lost my Skellig Michael card along the way but somehow I feel that whoever needed to find it did, and they’ll connect to the meaning of it all as I feel it and others do for whatever reason they need.

What is Transpersonal Therapy and why it can help you ...

This is a combination of all the work I do some of which you see + all the training, CPD, practicing, homework, reading, feeling and healing I do behind the scenes.

This is not one course. This is many. Many workshops and teachers, helpers, facilitators, healers, mentors and coaches to support me to this stage.

What is important to know is that it is not one modality it is the combination of all my work and more that allows me to call myself a Transpersonal Therapist. But if you did want to book an appointment under that title we then explore what is best for you and go from there. It will be a journey of healing.

✨ Transpersonal Therapist ~ Today I received my certificate.

Upon entering Dunderry many years ago to begin my Shamanic Medicine Spiral I read about this therapy work and the study required. I knew I wanted to learn it all. This is a combination of all my offerings as an energy healer and practitioner, much of this around my shamanic practices, therapies and counselling work. Most importantly has been all the inner work and healing that this has helped me to do. This is the non-negotiable part to this all, this will also be on-going. And 9years later after I have practiced, studied, facilitated and embodied much with so much more to be curious about. This is a truly lovely way to honour all my shamanic training and practices that I’ve honestly grown with along the way.

The term Transpersonal means beyond the personal. A Transpersonal Therapist is someone who integrates traditional psychology with spiritual and transcendent aspects of the human experience. They help clients explore deeper states of consciousness, find life meaning, and heal beyond the limitations of the traditional ego. The therapy is a form of spiritual psychology which studies human experiences beyond the realms of ordinary reality. This includes methods such as dreamwork, meditation, journeying, reiki, trance states, shamanism, mystical and peak experiences, ecology, non-ordinary states of awareness and consciousness studies.

I am very grateful to Martin and Annette for their support, facilitating and teaching . I will be back and back again to feel the magic of Dunderry. I began my journey with them in 2023 and I will continue for as long as they offer the beneficial, powerful work they share. These courses have included on-line study, in-person days and nights workshops, and case studies. These are imperative to this holistic therapies I offer so I am continuously growing, learning and allowing mentorship of offers.
