I offer one-to-one baby and toddler reflexology classes, working closely with parents and caregivers to teach you gentle, specially adapted reflexology techniques that you can use at home.
Together, we explore simple techniques designed to support your little one with some of the common challenges of infancy and toddlerhood, while also creating a calming and nurturing opportunity for connection and bonding. 💕👣
My aim is to give you the knowledge, confidence and practical tools to use these techniques as part of your little one’s care and wellbeing.
