Kundalini Yoga and Reiki healing
Tuesday 12th May, working on lungs, letting go of grief, letting go of what doesn't serve us!🫶
A powerful session with breathwork and movement, followed by Savasana with reiki healing💫
What to expect?
Of course sage!😍
Bring your mat and a blanket, come in and meet, all very friendly and relaxed.
We do some gentle stretching to loosen up, then we say mantras to open the session.
We usually sit in easy pose ( cross legged)
But if thats uncomfortable, you can sit with your legs out or whatever is comfortable for you🙌, trying to keep your back straight, or on a chair.
We do movements to activate the chakras and release old patterns and energy, what we need to work on or bring in.
We then lie down, the best bit, and I come around and give reiki healing.
A poem,then gentle movement to wake up.
We close with mantras and a prayer🙏

Serenity 🩵
These colours, resonate with my soul
The soft blues, aqua
If we can relax, if we can drop those shoulders, unclench that jaw, dop into calm, into serenity.
This is the way, with the breath, with the peace.
With Kundalini comes the breath, the bliss, to sit in that state of being. This is where we heal.
Massage and reiki together help release, let the weight of your body ground you.
Just take 5 minutes to close your eyes, listen to the birds, hear the sea become heavy.
Clarity will come 🩵💛🩵

What to expect?
Come into my gorgeous, aromatic space, get into my comfy heated couch,face down. You are saged.
Then you have your back, neck, legs, feet and head massage with reiki.
You then turn over, legs, feet, arms.tops of shoulders, face and head massage with reiki.
Then sages, balanced with chimes and tuning forks .
I then pull you an Oracle card.
