Paul Black Total Health I am a fully qualified NLP Master Coach, Homeopath and Bowen therapist. However, following homeopathic treatment, I returned to playing squash within 5 weeks.

I practice from my comfortable and quiet therapy room at my home in Portishead and Cowan House clinic in Weston-super-mare. I was first introduced to homeopathy when a sports injury prevented me playing competitive squash for three years in the mid 90’s. After sending me for a whole variety of tests and specialist visits over two years, my GP was at a loss as to what was wrong with my left knee. T

his instigated my interest in Homeopathy and I began by treating my three children with the first aid remedies before signing up to study homeopathy in 2004. My interest in treating sports injuries led me to study Bowen therapy, which is a gentle soft tissue remedial therapy, named after its innovator Tom Bowen. A gentle, non-invasive, relaxing treatment using fingers or thumbs to move over muscle, ligament tendon and fascia which encourages the body to realign and re-balance itself and promoting healing, pain/tension relief and recovery of energy. The work is very subtle involving no manipulation or prolonged pressure.
