✨SAMHAIN SAUNA & SOUND✨

An intentionally quiet sauna where we let the leaves and the plants and the alchemy of sound be weaved together in a beautifully simple guided ritual.

Expect plenty of pause and stillness and sea dips beneath the open starry skies as we wash our bodies with beautiful hand made scrubs and herbal botanicals .

We will sip tea and ginger and eat cake together before drifting home full of wonder and awe at this potent turn of the year as we move quietly towards winter .

This will be popular and we have limited spaces intentionally .

The early morning swims beneath these skies

We’re swimming every morning and putting a pound in the pot for Surfers Against Sewage .

Silent Sauna

Only one this month . An intentional space of togetherness and solitude . A beautiful opportunity for introspection and quiet .

Soundbath & Sauna

We are bringing the sound inside the sauna . Tracie and I weave together the plants with sound and aromas and scrubs and happiness. We wash away the evening under the near full moon and enjoy sweet treats and tea to close.

We’ve been waiting for the stars to align and welcome Nick T to the best of the high tides, the full October moon highlighting courage and letting go as we move into the hibernation months.
Nick’s expertise & intuition are deeply treasured by his community and we are honoured to welcome our buddy back to the island this month.
Spaces are intentionally limited. They will go fast .

A chance to belong to our small WhattsApp group where I will announce ad hoc evenings of self care and nourishment . These promise to be very lovely & make the most of the herbs and botanicals I’ve gathered over summer and crafted into tinctures and scrubs and all good happiness things .

🍊 SOUL GATHERING | EDINBURGH 🍊

… was exactly that .

A wonderful opportunity to catch up with our sauna family at the other end of the British Isles.

So many wholesome moments on the benches .. and wow what benches!

Some wild designs, some beautiful creations, such inspiration from international speakers, a whole bunch of carefully selected sauna masters, healers , practitioners, a stack of really hard graft to bring to reality..

I could go on but beneath it all …

A common thread that we are all in this together .

It’s important to remember that despite our geographies … usually remote, and out there spots on the beaches and car parks on the edge of the world ! … we are all connected..

And it’s wholesome and good.
