I have Learned no one will really rescue you.

A friend is a friend when only when it is a two way street.

Saying you care and showing that you care are separate.

Most people like to see you fail or try to help it happen.

Death changes how you really see people.

Genuine people don’t treat you like an option.

It’s who shows up for you is who matters.

People who support people who hate you aren’t your people.

Everyone thinks they can have an opinion on your life but wait until you have one on theirs.

Standing up for yourself and speaking out isn’t Toxic its protecting your peace.

Invest in who invests in you and keep rising. ✨💫🙏💕

A year ago to the day I married my bestest friend, my rock and my biggest supporter. I love this picture because he said on the way out ‘told ye 24 years ago I would marry you💕💕 ‘! His tragic accident will never fade from our memories! how it really does mean each day counts because tomorrow we really dont know what it will bring. I will always be thankful that he chose me and gave me the best memories including our beautiful girl. The love he had for all the children and me never went unnoticed.
We were supposed to be celebrating our 1st anniversary as man and wife but sadly I will never have that opportunity to share this with him.

Today this little lady is off for her first pair of school shoes. Her Daddy chatted about this even in January when we got her acceptance letter to P1. He was soo excited about it his face lit up when he saw her little name on the letter 💙💕!

This picture is monumental because right there that moment we would have been enjoying a holiday of a lifetime. Just like today it may appear to a minority that its nothing big but everything that happens day to day is important to us because tragically our Rock, our fun loving important person isnt here to share it with us.

Sunday January 26th will forever be our worst day one we wont forget. I dread the next time we are ever left with no electric because it was the root cause that we are where we are all because Jay hated the kids going without and always wanted to save the day!😓💙💙

Everyone likes to make conspiracies as to what they percieve. But they are not the ones left with the trauma and 4 year old girl having all her firsts without her main man by her side. Older kids hearts breaking because he was their best friend.

But I know Jay has our backs and he is always by our sides each day 💙💙💙🙏
