Hi everyone,
It’s been a crazy year for healings and I have met some incredibly strong people along the way.

But unfortunately I only have a couple of appointments available for September, and October is also filling up quickly too.

My soul alchemy members are getting their weekly guidance reading this morning and this week we are learning about grounding, ethics an meeting our guardian angel.

We kick off tomorrow and I couldn’t be more excited if I tried.

Sometimes we wait until we’re completely running on empty before we listen to ourselves.

But your body may have been whispering for a while.

The anxiety that keeps creeping in.
The exhaustion you can’t seem to shift.
The tension you carry without even noticing.
Feeling emotional, overwhelmed or completely flat.
Knowing you don’t quite feel like yourself.

When you come to me for healing, we don’t just focus on helping you relax for an hour.

I look at your energy as a whole.

Where are you depleted?
Where might you be holding on?
What has been happening emotionally?
What keeps repeating?
And what might need some attention?

Sometimes what we’re feeling on the surface gives us a clue that there’s something deeper asking to be looked at.

You don’t need to understand chakras or know what kind of healing you need before you come.

That’s my job.

If you didn’t know, I’m returning to work on the 1st September. 😏

I’ve been really thinking about what I would like to offer to you. Taking in my clients needs and students. Having time away has given me the chance to sit and look deep into where I’d like to take this.

Here’s what’s happening and evolving.

From the 1st September all healing clients will have access to their own healing portal. Here we can upload notes and any documents, links and aftercare advice. This enables me to guide you through your journey more consistently and make sure healing continues to take place outside of my therapy room. - that’s how dedicated I am to helping you.

All chakra alchemy students will have access to continued learning. When you stop having the accountability of weekly meetings we sometimes slip back into our old habits. The Chakra Alchemy portal will ensure that you can continue putting what you’ve learnt into action.

Soul Alchemy Circle - everything I know in one place. Development, healing, meditation, chakras, moon stuff, dream work, community plus special guests for the stuff I’m still learning or have no clue about. Lol. I’ve wanted to do this for a few years now, and having time off to allow that to flow in to place as well as lots of my own learning I just know this is the right time. Especially for my clients and students who are just starting out on their journeys. Members also receive discounts on healing, products and events.

I was 12 the last time we had a total solar eclipse in the UK.And I remember it SO clearly.I remember the street lights ...

I was 12 the last time we had a total solar eclipse in the UK.

And I remember it SO clearly.

I remember the street lights coming on.
I remember how eerily quiet everything became.
It genuinely felt like time had stopped for a minute.

And I was absolutely fascinated.

Who knew that little 12-year-old would grow up to be slightly obsessed with the Moon, the stars and pretty much anything happening in the sky 😂🌙

Today, we get another one of those moments.

It won’t be a total eclipse here in the UK however it’s very close, but it’s still going to be pretty spectacular.

And maybe that’s the point for me.

Life is so bloody busy.

We’re always thinking about what needs doing next. Where we need to be. What we haven’t done. What we should be doing.

Then something like this happens above our heads and, for a little while, we stop.

We look up.

We notice.

So, that’s what I’m going to do.

I’m going to let the world go a little quieter.

Think about how far I’ve come since that 12-year-old stood watching in awe.

Think about everything that has happened between then and now.

And think about what I want the next chapter to feel like.

Maybe you could do the same, because sometimes we need something to remind us to stop long enough to realise that we can achieve anything we put our minds to.

A little darkness.

A little stillness.

Then the light returns.

And we carry on. 🌙☀️

People often apologise when they come to see me.

"I know it probably sounds silly..."
"I don't even know where to start..."
"I don't really know what's wrong."

You never need to apologise.

You don't need the right words.

You don't need a dramatic reason.

Sometimes you're simply carrying more than you were ever meant to carry.

My job isn't to judge it.

It's to hold the space while we gently work through it together.

Healing doesn't have to be complicated.

It just has to begin.

After a little time away, I'll be back from 1st September and I'm opening my diary for appointments now.
