Was bloated… now feel BRILLIANT!!

High five to club member who has achieved amazing things in just 5 weeks with us at !!

After seeing her best friends join our programme and swap surviving for thriving, senior midwife Ruth knew it was time she started prioritising herself too…

She wanted to do it for her, for her gorgeous family, for her brilliant team of superhero midwives, and for the amazing mummies and new babies she looks after every shift.

And in just a few weeks, everything is changing!

Energy up, bloating gone, clothes looser, smiling more, eating more, never hungry and half a stone shredded too!

Great job Ruth!!!!!!! Looking forward to seeing your journey continue over the next few months!!!
