When Pauline and I met, she was riddled with rheumatoid arthritis pain, struggled to walk for 10 minutes at a time, kept gaining holiday weight and never losing it from the time before, and she felt low in energy and self confidence…

Well, just look at this fire starter now!!!!!!!! A gazillion trillion cruises and holidays enjoyed over the past 18 months too, and yet looking and feeling healthier and happier than ever! 🔥🔥🔥

WOW! 🤩

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for our very first “The Nutrition Station Sports Day!”

From the races and challenges to the laughter, cheering and rather competitive team spirit…you all made it such a fantastic morning!!!!!!

With age ranges from 3 years old to 78 years old, there was something for everyone and a whole heap of fun was had by all!!!

Seeing everyone step outside their comfort zone, support one another and have so much fun reminded us exactly why we wanted to host this event - the power of community, health, movement and laughter solves most of life’s worries!!!!
