To our valued customers and supporters,
It is with great sadness that we announce the closure of our business today.
At the end of last year, we identified issues in the management of our operations that needed correcting,
following a thorough review, we have concluded that continuing forward is no longer viable for us.
While appropriate steps have been taken to address the issues identified, the financial impact has unfortunately made it impossible for us to continue operating as a business.

Even the smallest interaction can make a massive difference to a little independent business. I’m so thankful to have such amazing clients who support me. I’m not going to lie at times it’s so hard when people cancel last minute or don’t turn up and I have to juggle all the costs, and I threaten to quite 5 times a month but then I remember how far I’ve come and how much I enjoy seeing everyone. Hopefully things will get bigger and better in 2025 🩷

I have updated my appointment policies. It’s not something I want to have to charge for but It’s hard as a small independent business and I know things come up that require clients to reschedule or cancel but it can have a big impact on my business.
For the month of December I had 12 clients reschedule and 5 no shows.
I don’t have any holiday pay, any sick pay or any other benefits to fall back on when I have months like this and I still have to pay for my rent, machine, materials etc.
I’ve tried to keep my policies as fair as I can and hope all my clients understand.

What is microneedling?

Microneedling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that involves using a device equipped with fine, tiny needles to create micro-injuries (or “micro-channels”) in the skin. This will make the skin go red and in some areas slightly bleed, this redness will last around 12/24 hours.
