🌀 Feeling dizzy?
It could be something as simple as dehydration... but in some cases, dizziness can be a warning sign of a stroke.
💧 Dehydration may cause:
• Thirst
• Dry mouth
• Light-headedness, especially when standing
• Fatigue
🚨 A stroke may also cause dizziness, but often comes with other symptoms such as:
• Facial drooping
• Arm weakness
• Slurred speech
• Sudden vision changes
• Difficulty walking or loss of balance
Remember the FAST test:
🧑 Face – has one side dropped?
💪 Arms – can both arms be raised?
🗣️ Speech – is it slurred?
⏰ Time – call emergency services immediately if you notice any of these signs.
