πŸ’§ Stay Hydrated Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day and carry a water bottle with you.

🌳 Keep Cool Stay in the shade and avoid being outside during the hottest part of the day (11am–3pm).

πŸ‘• Dress for the Heat Wear loose-fitting, lightweight clothing made from breathable fabrics such as cotton.

🚿 Cool Your Body Take cool showers, use a fan, or place a damp cloth on your neck and wrists.

🦢 Reduce Swelling Put your feet up when resting and avoid standing for long periods.

⚠️ Know When to Get Help Seek urgent advice if you experience:

β€’ Vision changes
β€’ Sudden swelling of hands, feet or face
