🧚‍♀️ We shared positive birth experiences, real stories, questions and information — with community midwives and doulas coming together to offer knowledge, reassurance and support.

This Saturday at Seascape, we’re delighted to welcome Doulas Northern Ireland for a relaxed morning of coffee, chats and all things home birth. ☕🌿

Whether you’re already considering a home birth, you’re just curious, or you simply want to explore what your options could look like — come along, have a coffee and ask away.

The doulas will be bringing their birthing pools and home-birth equipment, so you can see everything up close, find out how it works and chat openly about preparing for a home birth.

A monthly women’s circle bringing together movement, mindfulness, creativity, community and fibre arts.

There’ll be old skills, new discoveries and space to experiment and play.

No experience needed. Just curiosity.
