The stage was set for the 2nd Annual TLC Got Talent 2026 at Cuffley Manor and what an unforgettable celebration it was!

Our wonderful residents and team members filled the room with music, dancing, laughter and extraordinary performances. Every act brought something special, while the encouragement and applause from our Cuffley Manor family made the occasion truly magical.

This was more than a talent show, it was a joyful celebration of confidence, creativity, togetherness and the incredible personalities that make our home so special.

Congratulations to every performer who stepped into the spotlight. You were all amazing!

💐❤️ Celebrating an Incredible 22 Years – Thank You, Sue! ❤️💐

Today at Cuffley Manor, we celebrated someone very special. After an incredible 22 years of dedication to TLC Care and Cuffley Manor, our wonderful Catering Assistant, Sue, is saying goodbye. 🥹❤️

22 years is more than a length of service — it represents thousands of days filled with commitment, kindness, familiar smiles and countless memories shared with our residents, families and colleagues.

We were also delighted to have Lorna, our Managing Director, with us to mark this very special occasion and personally celebrate Sue’s incredible contribution and dedication over the years. 💐

Sue, you have been such a valued part of the Cuffley Manor family, and you will be truly missed. And of course, we cannot say goodbye without mentioning your wonderful baking! 🧁🍰 Your sweet treats have brought so many smiles over the years, and we think it is safe to say they will be missed almost as much as you will! 😊

We were delighted to attend today’s OPALS event at Metropolitan Bushey- a fantastic event filled with great conversations, new connections and an incredibly welcoming atmosphere.

The event was a fantastic platform to strengthen existing relationships, create new connections and explore opportunities that can bring together businesses, organisations and the wider community.

For Cuffley Manor, events like this are incredibly valuable. Business development is about more than promoting what we do - it’s about building genuine relationships, creating partnerships and becoming an active part of the community we serve.

A big thank you to the OPALS team for creating such a fantastic platform for connection and collaboration. We left with some great conversations, new relationships and plenty of exciting opportunities to explore.

We look forward to continuing those conversations and seeing where they lead.

This week at Cuffley Manor, we had a wonderful time! Our residents thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the beautiful Oakmere Gardens, taking in the lovely surroundings, enjoying the fresh air, and making the most of a relaxing day outdoors.

It was lovely to see everyone smiling, enjoying each other’s company, and creating some wonderful memories together.

Autumn Menu Tasting at Cuffley Manor

Today, we had the pleasure of hosting our Autumn Seasonal Menu Tasting, bringing together our residents, their families and members of our local community.

It was fantastic to see everyone sitting together, enjoying the food and sharing their thoughts. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive — and judging by the fact that practically everything was eaten, I think it’s safe to say the menu was a success!

These sessions are about much more than food. They are about bringing people together, creating connections and giving our residents, families and wider community a voice in the experiences we provide.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and to our fantastic Catering team for putting together such a delicious tasting experience.

Following today’s feedback, we’re delighted to be rolling out our Autumn Seasonal Menu from next week.

Our residents continue to inspire us every day with their commitment to staying active!

Their dedication to daily exercise is truly remarkable. Whether it’s a gentle stretch, or taking part in group activities, they show us that consistency is the key to keeping active, healthy, and positive.

We’re so proud of the enthusiasm and determination our residents bring each day. Their commitment is a wonderful reminder that every step counts! ❤️

🚒 BLUE LIGHT TUESDAY | BREAKFAST WITH OUR LOCAL HEROES 🚒

It’s that time of the month again!

Today, we had the pleasure of visiting Borehamwood Fire Station as part of our monthly Blue Light Tuesday community engagement initiative.

We were delighted to bring along some freshly prepared breakfasts as a small gesture of our appreciation and to say a heartfelt thank you to the incredible team for their continued support of our local community.

Our emergency services work tirelessly to keep us safe, often going above and beyond when people need them most. It was wonderful to spend some time with the team, enjoy a few conversations and show our appreciation for everything they do.

At Cuffley Manor, we are incredibly proud to build strong relationships with the amazing people and organisations that make such a difference within our community.

Discovering the wonderful world of herbal teas at Cuffley Manor.

Today, we had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful presentation led by our lovely colleague, Sumudu Perera, all about the fascinating world of herbal teas.

Residents and guests came together to learn about a variety of herbal infusions, discovering their unique flavours, aromas and the traditions behind these much-loved teas. From calming blends to refreshing fruity favourites, it was a fantastic opportunity to explore something new while sharing stories and enjoying a relaxing afternoon together.

A huge thank you to Sumudu for delivering such an informative, engaging and enjoyable session. It's always wonderful to see our community coming together through experiences that encourage conversation, learning and wellbeing.
