recommend avoiding sugary drinks while your aligners are in. This is because aligners create a tight seal over your teeth, meaning sugar from drinks like cocktails, cider, or soft drinks can become trapped underneath and sit directly against your teeth for longer. This increases the risk of decay, plaque build-up, and staining.

Water is really the only safe option if you’re drinking with aligners in.

So enjoy the match, enjoy the night, just remember to put them back in when you get home! 🫣🦷
