Every year, around 44,063 people are diagnosed with bowel cancer in the UK.

To support those affected and raise vital awareness, Bowel Cancer UK hosts its annual Walk Together sponsored 5 mile events across the country, in support of people living with and beyond bowel cancer.

⏱ Early detection saves lives. ✅

The good news is that 90 out of 100 people diagnosed with stage 1 bowel cancer will survive for 5 years or more after diagnosis.

Signs and symptoms to be aware of:

▪️ A constant urge to go to the toilet
▪️ Increasing constipation, or alternating episodes of constipation and diarrhoea
