I used to think being good in business meant saying yes to everyone and doing all the things, even if it cost me....financially, physically and mentally

The problem is that kind of “being nice” catches up with you.

You start dreading certain customers.
You feel resentful.
You get tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix.
And you wonder why your business feels heavier than it should.

I know now that boundaries are not harsh.
They are not selfish.
They are not a sign that you care less.

They are often the very thing that allows you to care well without losing yourself in the process.

A lot of women don’t need help becoming harder.
They need help becoming clearer.

That’s a very different thing.

And yes, this is exactly the kind of thing I work on with clients.
