I used to think being good in business meant saying yes to everyone and doing all the things, even if it cost me....financially, physically and mentally

The problem is that kind of ā€œbeing niceā€ catches up with you.

You start dreading certain customers.
You feel resentful.
You get tired in a way sleep doesnā€™t fix.
And you wonder why your business feels heavier than it should.

I know now that boundaries are not harsh.
They are not selfish.
They are not a sign that you care less.

They are often the very thing that allows you to care well without losing yourself in the process.

A lot of women donā€™t need help becoming harder.
They need help becoming clearer.

Thatā€™s a very different thing.

And yes, this is exactly the kind of thing I work on with clients.

I didnā€™t create this work because I had it all figured out.

I created it because I know what it feels like to doubt yourself while still being good at what you do.

To wonder why anyone would buy from you.
To look at other people doing similar work and think, maybe I need to sound more like them.
Maybe I need to do it their way.
Maybe my way isnā€™t enough.

That kind of self-doubt gets in everywhere if you let it.

It affects how you speak.
How you show up.
How you price.
How visible you allow yourself to be.
How much you trust your own voice.

And I know how exhausting that is.

So this work didnā€™t come from perfection.
It came from lived experience.
From noticing the patterns in myself.
From seeing what changes when you stop trying to become someone else and start coming back to yourself.

That is what I want for the women I work with too.

Thatā€™s why I do 1:1 coaching.
Because sometimes what someone needs is not more information.
They need support to trust themselves again.
