Latest rona hospitalisation data. The U.K. averaged around this time last year in 2020 (with zero injections available) @ 109 - 200 rona hospitalisations.

Now in 2021 the U.K. averages around 826 - 951 rona hospitalisations (with jabs available)…. Despite the U.K. being the first to authorise the jabs & now having jabbed 70%+ of its adult population.

▶️ Interesting study I have included showing how 500,000+ ( two / thirds or 64%) of the US hospitalisations could of been prevented through effective nutrition & exercise habits.

✅ Myself included have found it extremely difficult to maintain some form of positive weight regulation throughout the entire of the shutdown timescale.

✅Working from home, the gym shut at times, being close to food all the time etc. Personally as well training from home I can do effectively but I find it so easier to put off... If I’m paying to train somewhere I feel more compelled to go & don’t wait to feel like im wasting my money not going.

✅The statistics are overwhelming how obesity & malnutrition has impacted the rona-related hospitalisations, deaths, infection rates & immunodeficiency… Even some research indicating C-19 injections might not even be as effective in obese individuals.

✅Believe or not the leading cause of ill-health & death as of May 2020 according to the global nutrition report was malnutrition… The British medical journal label malnutrition : ‘The silent pandemi c’.

✅ Been conditioned now to focused more on masks wearing than nutrition & more on social distancing than physical activity…

✅In May 2020 the Global nutrition report classified malnutrition: “the leading cause of death & ill health worldwide.”

✅1 in 5 die of dietary related causes & malnutrition is the primary cause of immunodeficiency e.g. “state in which the immune system's ability to fight infectious diseases and cancer is compromised or entirely absent.” The risk of death from cancer is 1 in 2 according to the British journal of cancer.

✅Giving this context under 70 years of age the risk of death from rona is 0.05% which means 5 in 10,000 or 50 in 100,000 depending on early treatment.

✅Fastest way to remove a problem is to eliminate the cause, not the effects. ‘Food for thought’.
