✨ Pilates Class Timetable ✨

Just to give you an up to date list of Classes (and 1:1’s) I offer..

At present, most of my classes are fully subscribed, but I certainly have some 10:30am spaces available on a Friday morning - this particular class is suitable for beginners (but intermediate level welcome too 🤗)

Hello I’m Rachel 👋

🦋 I’ve been teaching Pilates for 10 years now
🦋 I keep up to date with my practice with up dates courses each year
🦋.. and self practise when I get a bit of me time 🙏🥰
🦋 I am a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist by background (which isn’t essential)
🦋 My style and preference are smaller classes.. where you get the opportunity to learn about your own body, learn from each other and receive help and guidance if you need it
🦋 I’ve trained in Antenatal/Pregnancy and Postnatal Pilates too.. so there are a few options for 1:1s, 2:1s and classes too
