✨ **SHAKE THE DUST™️ — SATURDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER** ✨

The school holidays are over, summer is shifting. September is here.
Come and shake off the summer holidays and move into the new season with fresh energy.

Join me Femalebodyworkouts ✨Female Only Gym🫶🏻 in Barton, Preston.
🗓️ Saturday 5th September
⏰ 10–11am

September naturally brings transition, the seasons begin to shift, routines change, children go back to school, and we can feel that sense of life beginning to move again in a familiar way.

In this Shake the Dust™️ practice, we’ll explore **the art of transition** through the body.

Moving between effort and ease.
Energy and rest.
Holding on and letting go.

Through music, breath, shaking, intuitive movement and stillness, we’ll give the body space to shake off what it no longer needs and notice what wants to come with us into this next season.

🍂 Shake through what was. Welcome September. Begin to enter ways to come 🤍

FBW members: book through the app.

Who’s else isn’t quite ready for summer to end? ☀️

The children are heading back to school, the routines begin again, and before we know it, the colours of autumn will be arriving 🍁

But what if you gave yourself one last week of sunshine?

A week where someone else cooks for you.

Where your only job is to wake up, move your body, enjoy beautiful food, read by the pool, wander to the beach, have long conversations with wonderful women, laugh, rest, and simply breathe.

If you’ve spent the summer looking after everyone else, as a parent, grandparent, carer, partner, or simply the one who always holds everything together, perhaps it’s your turn now.

In just 4 weeks, we’ll be gathering in the beautiful Spanish countryside for The Sacred Connection Retreat.

A week of yoga, somatic movement, coaching, cacao, mantra, nourishing food, sunshine, connection and deep rest.

✨ 16–22 September 2026
📍 Benissa, Spain
💛 Just 5 spaces remaining
🏡 Shared rooms from £1,295

Maybe this is your invitation to let someone else take care of you for a change.

If your heart whispers “yes”, we’d love to welcome you. 🤍

Lots of love Moira ###

Hello lovely people ❤️

After giving it lots of thought, I’ve decided to make a small change to the timetable over the summer.

As of this week, the Wednesday 7:15–8:30pm Embodied Yoga Flow class will be taking a break. Numbers have been consistently low for a number of weeks, and as we move into the summer months they’re likely to reduce even further, so it feels like the right time to pause and look to restart the class in the autumn.

The good news is that Monday 6–7pm Embodied Yoga Flow is exactly the same weekly practice and has plenty of space, so I’d love to see any Wednesday evening yogis there if Mondays work for you.

Wednesday 6–7pm Moving Beyond Conditioning - somatic practice will continue as usual and everyone is very welcome.

And throughout the summer we’ll also be gathering on Friday mornings, 7:00–7:45am, in St Christopher’s Church Garden for our Gratitude Garden practice. It’s a gentle way to begin the day with meditation, slow movement, fresh air and community. It’s donation-based, there’s no need to book—just bring your morning coffee (or tea!), your mat, and simply turn up.

Thank you, as always, for your continued support. Running small community classes means I sometimes have to make practical decisions like this to keep things sustainable, and I’m so grateful to each of you who continues to show up, week after week. Thank you for your understanding 🤍

I hope to see you on the mat really soon ❤️

Moving Beyond Conditioning….

What is it? Is it for me?

Moving Beyond Conditioning is a somatic movement class that blends practices such as Rest in Movement, Embodied Rest™, and inspiration from Body-Mind Centering® into a gentle, floor-based experience that invites you to slow down, notice, and reconnect with your whole self.

If you’re feeling constantly busy, tight, tired, disconnected from your body, or simply longing for an hour to breathe, this class might be exactly what you need.

We move slowly enough for the nervous system to notice.

We pause often enough for the body to respond.

There is nothing to perfect and no pressure to keep up, just an invitation to move with curiosity, awareness and choice.

Because when we notice more, we gain more choice in how we move, breathe and respond to life.

We slow down.

We become curious.

We notice.

So we can begin to move beyond old habits and automatic patterns…

…and reconnect with our whole selves with greater awareness, choice and ease.

📍 Wednesdays | 6.00–7.00pm | Lea, Preston

💛 Come exactly as you are. Your whole self is welcome here.

Lots of Love Moira xx

Join us in the morning 7-7:45 for this donation based practice 🌅❤️

A donation-based offering for your heart, body and mind 🌿🤍

This Friday I’m launching The Gratitude Garden a gentle Friday morning practice where we’ll gather outdoors to pause, breathe and give thanks.

Every Friday morning (weather and my holidays permitting😂), we’ll meet in the beautiful garden at St Christopher’s Church to gently ease our way into the weekend.

Together we’ll explore grounding meditation, gentle movement and gratitude for the week that’s been, the weekend ahead, and this present moment.

Whether you’re heading into the office, working from home, or simply wanting to begin your Friday differently, we’ll finish in plenty of time for you to ease gently into your day. And if you’ve got children or dogs, let your partner take the morning shift for 45 minutes while you come and fill your own cup first. I promise they’ll survive 😂🤍

This practice is open to everyone. You don’t need any yoga experience, and you certainly don’t need to come to my regular classes. If you’ve been looking for a gentle way to begin your weekend, I’d love to welcome you.

The church has very kindly offered us the use of their beautiful garden free of charge, so any monetary donation you choose to make will go directly to St Christopher’s Church as our way of saying thank you. You can donate by cash or bank transfer. No one will know how much you’ve chosen to give, so please don’t feel any pressure. Every contribution is genuinely appreciated.

🌿 The Gratitude Garden
📍 St Christopher’s Church Garden, 851 Blackpool Road, Lea
🗓 Starting Friday 17th July
🕖 7.00–7.45am
🧘 Grounding meditation • Gentle movement • Gratitude
🤍 Donation-based (cash or bank transfer)
🚗 Free parking
☕ Bring a yoga mat and, if you’d like, a flask of tea or coffee to enjoy afterwards.

Come and ease your way into the weekend. I’d love to see you there, love Moira 🤍
