1hr18.30 Blackpool 10k run the lights 🏃‍♀️ chuffed to bits. I did so much better with my stamina. Half marathon training paying off. ✨️ 2st lighter has helped too

My groups at Carr st community centre Bamber bridge pr56ty near the railway station Wednesday are still running as usual. Scales open 5.15pm to 6pm & quick group till around 6.30pm then scales reopen 7.15pm-7.45pm then group. New, returning and Visitors welcome.

FOOD BANK DROP OFF
Dropped off donations from my members and myself at st aidens community food bank in bamber bridge this morning. Water bottles and sanitary products too. Every other mth i drop off a few bags of donated items, brought in by my members
