Thereā€™s been so much progress to celebrate lately and Kateā€™s journey deserves a special mention.

Over the past few years weā€™ve worked together consistently, focusing on realistic, sustainable changes, and her hard work has paid off beautifully. Kate has now lost 4.5 stone since May 2022, with 2 stone 5lbs lost since last May.

This is Abi and she has been training with me for 5 weeks. Within that time she has come on in leaps and bounds.
In week one she struggled to lift 3kg dumbbells and exhausted quite quickly with upper body exercises. Skip forward to now and sheā€™s lifting 6kg dumbbells in most exercises and as you can see sheā€™s really built some muscle, whilst still losing the fat she wants rid of.
This quick progress is through her commitment to not only be consistent with PT sessions but also with her own training and her nutrition.
Iā€™m here to help my clients with whatever they want to achieve but it is consistency that counts both in and out of the gym.
