All classes are running this month including Bank Holiday Monday and are open to all ages & abilities, with the choice to PAYG or Pay Monthly to save money.

This month the Men's class will be running at Catterall Village Hall, 6.30-7.30pm on Thursday 7th & 14th May, and then at Cabus Village Hall as advertised for the rest of the month.

Everything is taught in stages in all the classes, so you can take your practise to where it feels best for you.

Yoga Classes for Easter & April in the Garstang & Great Eccleston Areas ✨️✨️

All classes will be running over the Easter holidays and throughout April, including on Bank Holiday Monday Village Hall at 7.30pm

The Men's class is also running this Thursday 2nd April at 6.30pm, but will be at Catterall Village Hall instead of Cabus.

Hatha Flow Yoga classes in Scorton, Cabus & Churchtown ✨️🧘‍♀️✨️🧘✨️

These 90 minute sessions are ideal for those wanting to embrace the full benefits of yoga and enjoy the breathing exercises, flow & posture practise, full relaxation & meditation altogether.💖

Obviously 60 minute sessions are great and even 30 minutes of Yoga practise is good, but when you can give yourself the full 90 minutes it really gives you the opportunity to go deeper and fully immerse yourself into the practise.💫
