The amazing staff, you can see here from East Park don’t just encourage the young people to take part, they get right alongside them, lying down, joining in and leading by example. 🫶🏻

This is so powerful and meaningful. By modelling the experience themselves, they create a sense of safety, trust and connection, showing the young people that they’re in it together.

It’s so clear that the staff at East Park put the young people’s needs at the heart of everything they do. Their compassion, dedication and genuine care shine through in every interaction.

It’s not just about what we teach young people, but how we show up for them. ❤️

What a beautiful start to this sunny Saturday morning at Flo’s Fitness Boutique with a gorgeous group of Flo’s ladies! ☀️

A morning dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting with our bodies, listening to what we need and simply being present in the moment.

A little reminder of just how important it is to create space for ourselves amidst the busyness of everyday life.

What a lovely evening at Flo’s Fitness Boutique 💕

Flo has created such a beautiful, welcoming space, and it was a privilege to spend the evening there. A big thank you to all the lovely ladies who came along. ✨

Tonight was all about slowing down, switching off from our busy lives and taking time to simply be in the present moment. The ladies also enjoyed heated eye masks, adding an extra layer of comfort and relaxation to the experience.

If you missed tonight’s session or would love to join us again, bookings for Saturday morning’s session open tomorrow!

You don’t need to be a gym member to come along. It’s also a lovely opportunity to experience Flo’s beautiful space and get a feel for the gym if you’ve been thinking about trying some of her classes.
