This was my breakfast this morning, oats, berries and seeds.

Nothing fancy. Just a simple combination of whole foods, providing fibre, healthy fats and a range of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

There’s a supplement for almost everything these days. Magnesium. Vitamin D. Omega-3. B vitamins. Iron. Collagen. Probiotics…

I take some of these myself - and supplements absolutely have their place. Sometimes they’re useful, sometimes they’re recommended for a specific need.

But before adding another bottle to the worktops, it’s worth asking:

Am I eating enough?
Am I getting enough variety?
Am I nourishing myself consistently?

Because supplements can complement a nourishing diet, but they can never replace the foundations.

So, the very first thing to do, is start with what’s already on your plate!

Why can’t I stop?

Or why can’t I get started?

So....what if the problem isn’t the habit? 🤔

When we want to change a habit, we often think we need more motivation, willpower, self-discipline, or perhaps just better timing. To finally feel “in the zone” and ready to make it happen.

But what if we’re trying to create new habits while we’re already overwhelmed?

When we’re stressed, anxious, exhausted or constantly rushing, it can be much harder to make changes that require effort and consistency. We tend to fall back on what feels familiar and comforting.

And that’s when we can get stuck in that on-off loop, trying really hard, losing momentum, starting again… and eventually wondering if we’re just “all or nothing” people.

Sometimes the foundation for lasting change isn’t a better habit plan. It’s creating the space to feel more regulated, rested and supported first.

Does anyone else find that healthy habits become much easier when you’re feeling calmer, more rested and less overwhelmed?

What’s been your experience? 👇

It's back! Reset & Run, my nutrition programme for active women launches again, in 2 weeks time.

In this programme you will be guided and supported with ways just for you, to tweak, alter, and upscale your current nutrition to reach your individual goals. It is unique!

With the group motivation, inspiration and an 'in it together' approach, lasting change steps in, and freedom from the tedious cycle of on and off, forever backwards and forwards motivation and habits.

Alongside the coaching from me, support from your mentor, and team spirit and accountability, you will be delivered a course of nutrition knowledge to help make sense of it all and get rid of confusion and mixed messages you may have gathered over the years.

Find out more via this link, or message me to chat, and see if it's right for you. Everything is online for easy access but daily two-way communication.

I hope you will join us - I love this programme and the outcomes that we see! 5 spaces left.

Today looked a little like this… Run, sauna, cold plunge, friends - and cake. A reminder that wellbeing doesn't have to be complicated. Move your body, get outside, connect with others, slow down and restore, and enjoy the cake!!

Nourish, breathe, move, restore. It's all connected.

There’s a little bit of news I’ve been excited to share… ✨

Nutrition on Track is now Louise Wright Wellbeing.

After more than 12 years working as a nutritionist, five years of continued study in Nutritional Therapy, and years of working with women through nutrition, running, breathwork and time outdoors, I’ve realised that my approach has naturally grown into something bigger than nutrition alone.

I’ve seen time and time again that how we nourish, breathe, move and recover can all influence how we feel, and how able we are to make lasting changes.

So I wanted a name that brought all of these pieces together:

NOURISH • BREATHE • MOVE • RESTORE

🌿 Nourish - personalised nutrition support and coaching - 1:1 or group programmes.
🌬️ Breathe - guided breathwork to support calm, resilience and wellbeing
🏃‍♀️ Move - women’s running, walking and outdoor community
🔥 Restore - heat, cold, nature and recovery through Happi Sauna

When we work together, you don’t have to do everything. You might simply want support with your nutrition, join a running group, explore breathwork or make more space for recovery.
Each part can stand alone, or they can come together depending on what you need at different stages of life.

Although the name is changing, what sits at the heart of my work isn’t.

Supporting women to feel healthier, happier and more confident remains at the centre of everything I do. 🤍

I’m so excited to bring it all together under one name and share this next chapter with you.

Welcome to Louise Wright Wellbeing.
