Hi my name is Tracey I am 57 years old and I live in Standon Hertfordshire.
I have recently lost over two stone doing the Herbalife diet but I still have a stone to go until I reach my goal.
After never having to worry about my weight I started the menopause and the pounds started to pile on, I went up 3 dress sizes! At 5ft 2 that definitely wasn’t a good look!
