Spent a happy chunk of the summer designing and producing this big yoga poster of the Ashtanga Yoga Series- both primary and intermediate back to back (though sorry, over 100 mini pictures of me!). Lots of detail including the chants, Sanskrit counts for the sun salutations and all the posture names.
Large A1 size poster (84.1 x 59.4 cm) printed on high quality satin paper (260gsm)- would look great framed (lots of cool A1 frames on Amazon), if you’re interested they’re on sale on Etsy, as well as a few other yoga products I have- here’s the link:

Nice to compliment the yoga from time to time with a little bit of cardio, and such a beautiful day for a 143 mile cycle ride from Leeds to Corbridge to visit my parents.
A stunning route out through Hawes and then up to Cumbria, before turning east into Northumberland.
Thanks to for escorting me as far as Burnsall, and my dad cycled out to meet me for the last 10 miles.
Much cheaper than driving, though ate an inordinate amount of sandwiches, crisps and snacks along the way

I hope you can make it to my special yoga class this Thursday (16th Dec) at 6pm at Yoga Kula, Chapel Allerton.
The first half of this exciting themed class for December will be self practice, where you get to move through the sun salutations and standing postures at your own pace. This is how Ashtanga Yoga is traditionally taught and is a great way to learn the sequence.
This class is for everyone, whatever your level and is not a test!- I have sheets ready for you if you wish, with the postures on, and I’ll be right there in the room helping everybody- this will be a lot of fun so book on and come along to experience some authentic Ashtanga Yoga- I’ll see you there on your yoga mat 🙏🙏
