🌟CHECK LIGAMENT INJURY 🌟

The horse 🐴 had a check ligament injury.

The owner 🙋🏼‍♀️ was advised by the vet (yes a vet 👌🏽) to put the horse 🐴 on box rest and start TheraPlate treatment.

This began with twice weekly treatments for 6️⃣ weeks. Upon completion 😊 the horse was reassessed by the vet who saw an improvement 😃

The horse 🐎 was allowed daily walks. Theraplate treatments were dropped to once a week for 4️⃣ weeks.

Again after completion of this block of treatment the vet 👩🏼‍⚕️returned, the horse 🐎 was signed off 😍 and allowed to be brought back into work slowly.

The horse 🐎 is now back in full work 🙌🏽 and continues a maintenance TheraPlate program of once fortnightly.

The owner ✌🏽has commented to say “The horse feels looser even than before the injury.”
