My cup is more than full today ☕... it's positively overflowing 🙏

* Morning cold dip ❄️ followed by sauna and whirlpool bath
* Indian Head Massage... then Reiki session which was just magical ✨
* Time with family and friends 🥰
* A long overdue catch up with a dear friend, who has always supported me... at Himalayan Holistic traders who shared his plans for 1 billion trees 🌱🌳... YES. That's not a typo!....I've no doubt whatsoever that he will achieve it and I wish you well in your quest my friend 🙏
* Crystal shopping... This rose quartz chose me today 🩷
* Finally, nature... reset and grounding at the end of a busy day 🌄 🌻

Well… this week marks 5 years of Radcliffe Reiki - Sherry Heyes

Whilst that’s definitely something to celebrate, I also want to be honest about the reality of running a holistic therapy business alongside family and other work commitments. It isn’t always easy.

I became a holistic therapist and Reiki Teacher because of the joy and fulfilment I get from helping people on their healing journeys — whilst continuing to work on my own.

The last couple of years haven’t always been easy, but I’m still here, doing what I love and I’m incredibly, incredibly grateful for that. 🙏

Grateful too for every client, student, friend and family member who has supported, encouraged, recommended and believed in me along the way.

Because it’s not just about showing up in the treatment room or teaching Reiki. There’s the social media, CPD, insurance, affiliations, accounts, tax returns, bills and all the other behind-the-scenes stuff that nobody really sees!

So, something had to change.... I’ve taken some of the pressure off by reducing my hours in my corporate role, giving me more time and headspace not just for Reiki, but for nature, being outdoors, fitness, connection, community, travel, family… and simply living and loving life 🌻

More time to breathe.
More time to soften.
More time to enjoy the things that make me feel like me. 🌄 🌳 🌴 🌿✨

Here’s to 5 years of Radcliffe Reiki and whatever the next chapter brings 📖 💛

Happy Friday 🌄

I’m so excited to finally share my new branding — and a little change of name ✨

A lot has changed in (almost) five years since I founded Radcliffe Reiki. But one thing hasn’t…

When you come for Reiki, Indian Head Massage or attend one of my Reiki courses, I feel incredibly privileged that it's me you trust to walk alongside you on that part of your healing journey.

So, it feels like the right time to stop hiding behind the name and step forward as me. 🤍

I’m incredibly proud of what I’ve created so far and I have a feeling this is only the beginning…
