Classes are on a Monday and Wednesday from 1.30-3pm at LARK dance drama & Gymnastics Studio, Bradley Fold Trading Estate, BL2 6RT
All abilities welcome and all areas of yoga covered We established Radcliffe and District over 50s Yoga Group in 2006 with the aim of providing a weekly yoga therapy class relevant to the needs and requirements of the over 50s age group. Having reduced our sessions duri

ng covid we are currently holding 2 yoga therapy classes a week. We have moved around the area but are currently back at our favourite venue at the St John Ambulance Brigade building, Sion Street, Radcliffe. (across the mini-roundabout from Radcliffe Asda and McDonald's) The building has full disabled access and there is free parking right outside. Our fully qualified and experienced Yoga Therapist, Olivia can accommodate all abilities and most health conditions. Please contact Olivia Rigby on 07746197511 for further details. Both classes on Monday and Wednesday are running as normal at Lark Dance Studio, Bradley Fold Trading Estate.

There will be a yoga therapy class for Radcliffe and District over 50s Yoga Group on Wednesday 29th April at 1.30pm. Please join us at Lark Dance, drama and gymnastics studio, Bradley Fold Trading Estate, BL2 6RT

However, there will not be any yoga class on Monday 4th May due to the Bank Holiday.

Morning all! - looking at the forecast I think we’ll finally be ok to do our walk this afternoon. (Monday 2nd February)

Please bring suitable footwear, clothing and any sticks or poles you might need.

We went for our walk on Wednesday and I think everyone enjoyed it.

We had a very interesting discussion during our walk and I hadn’t realised how many people didn’t know what I meant when I said lodges. As one person said they’re just big ponds! 😂

Morning everyone - finally we’ve got a lovely day so we will be going on our walk this afternoon.

We will have a warm up in the studio, as usual, then go for a walk with our weights on and finish with relaxation.

Please bring appropriate clothing and footwear. We are walking on paths but they can still be muddy in places at this time of year.

Morning everyone - Happy New Year and I hope you all had a good Christmas break.

It’s going to be a cold one today! The class is still running this afternoon but please take care driving down.

Lots of layers will be required but I will get you all moving and I’m sure it’ll be worth it by the time we’ve finished.

Your body and mind will thank you for making the effort! 😂
