April snippets that make me smile 🌸🫶🏽 we spent a lot of time outdoors - so grateful for the sunshine!

~ persuaded my city kids to come and find the magical bluebell fields
~ reconnected with family in Manchester and visited my uni 👀
~ enjoyed 1 on 1 time with my older two; they’ve only known sharing me and I so value these one on one moments with them
~ tried new baby/toddler classes with friends from our time in NYC
~ Ana is a vibe 🙃 she took a few steps and then ran faster than we could catch her
~ had a little me time 🥂

S E P T E M B E R ✨ back to school month has stayed with me forever and this always feels more like a new year reset than new year itself. So what better time to return back to teaching (after the first attempt was unsuccessful!). Here’s a few events coming up:
- Thursday 25th Sept: 4 week Mum & Baby Yoga course 9.30am Radlett. DM to book.

I’m so excited for this next course for postpartum mummy’s (myself and Ana included!) to have a space where we can begin our recovery and rediscover our body.
