Most people assume the number of sessions needed for laser is a commercial decision.
It isn't.
Hair grows in cycles.
The anagen phase is the active growth phase, when the follicle is fully attached to the bulb and the hair is responsive to laser energy.
Only hair in this phase can be effectively treated.
At any given time, different follicles across the same area are in different phases.
Some are growing. Some are resting. Some are shedding.
Laser targets the ones that are active.
The rest need to catch up.
This is why session intervals are planned, not flexible.
Space them too far apart and you miss the window.
Combine that with hair that's hormonally influenced and the timing becomes even more specific.
It's not a sales tactic. It's biology.
If you'd like to understand what a properly structured treatment plan looks like for your hair type, a consultation is the place to start.
