I have facilities available at home and have extensive outdoor facilities for me to work with my clients. Varying the way you move the weight...in this case a variance of chest flyes....helps with muscle activation. Great for those who need to stay injury free and move better

More rotational stuff. Using bands and cable machines works well for me.

Back in the gym after a week golfing in Portugal. Trying out some more push and pull exercises. This one helps with neuromuscular activation which helps sports people get their timing better and prevents injury

After another gruelling week in the gym I had a play with this routine. Trying to generate more power by adding movement. Co ordinating the final movement onto the step helps with focus and the dynamic finish that athletes often need.....not that I am an athlete any more !

Some more work on core rotation. This van be done with a light bar but the bands help me add that little bit of tension in the exercise and allow me to increase the rotation.

As the masters golf starts I am almost ready for the season ahead. More rotational stuff . Watch till the end . Even broke my kit

What is going on ? After 11 years as a PT I have eventually found a use for a Swiss ball that doesn't involve bouncing it. These extensions rely on the squeeze to activate the muscles and target the lower back and glutes. Not easy .

Finishing routine from yesterday. I don't normally do kettlebells but this was decent stuff. I did 4 exercises as a set. I started at 4 reps, went to 6, then 8 and finished on 10. Relatively light but a good way to finish my workout.
