After a period of quiet reflection, Iโm thrilled to return and share something close to my heart: the transformative power of rest and self-reflection. Life doesnโt always unfold as we expect, and the past few months have been a poignant reminder of how vital it is to pause, recalibrate, and create space for ourselves. With this renewed perspective, Iโm excited to invite you to an upcoming Sound Journey for Deep Rest.
In this 60-minute session, Iโll guide you through a soundscape using instruments like Himalayan bowls, the gong, and crystal bowls. These sounds are intentionally played to create a space where you can shift from stress to calm and experience profound rest.
